There is Engage AI from LinkedIn, for example, AI Social Media Response Generator from Taskade, Repli from TopAI...they are everywhere. :( If you google this, you'll get more complete lists. I've heard of people copying and pasting and then asking ChatGPT to generate responses, as well.
